Folio Friday – February

Folio Friday is an opportunity for us to share some of the amazing artwork found within The Minton Archive’s folios with you, and the series is now three years old! As has become tradition we’re once again returning to our very first highlighted folio to to pick out another artwork – or two – with which to celebrate this little milestone…

We celebrated our last Folio Friday “anniversary” by introducing an interactive, zoomable viewer to the series and this time round we’re doubling down – quite literally – on this method of presentation. We’ve placed these two super-hi-res designs together because of the consecutive numbering, the almost identical annotations, and the way the design seems to flow across the two artworks. They can’t just be coincidences, can they?
